Banners of Mark Master Mason Lodges in Hertfordshire (Continued)
Berkhampstead Lodge of Mark Master Masons No: 1172
The lodge was consecrated on 30th September 1953.
Recently a banner was commissioned and is illustrated here. It was consecrated on Saturday 30th September 2023 by the Provincial Grand Master James Harrison.
The banner shows the emblem of the Mark Master Masons in Hertfordshire superimposed on the arch stone.
The background to the banner is Red and the name and number of the Lodge are embroidered in Gold
The middle portion of the banner has a representation of the old castle which was located at Berkhampstead, Hertfordshire.
