The banner shown is that made for the 50th anniversary of the lodge in 2000. It has on it the Latin Motto "In Omnibus Caritas" which translates as "Charity for All". The lodge is named after one of the principle types of columns in ancient architecture, namely: Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian and these three represent Wisdom, Strength and Beauty.

 

This lodge was consecrated on 27th June 1950 and amalgamated with Jubilee Lodge No: 9475 (consecrated 17th November, 1992) on 7th March  2012  to become the Jubilee and Ionic Lodge No: 9475  

 

The banner was donated by W.Bro Leslie Norman and dedicated at the 50th Anniversary 15th May 2000. The banner shows three columns Doric, Corinthian and Ionic, with Ionic to the front together with two standing Harts and four trees.
