    Halsey Lodge No: 1489

    The lodge was consecrated on 4th November, 1977.

     

    The banner is a blue silk background upon which sits a mallet and chisel on a white keystone. It is fringed in gold at the bottom.

     

    The banner was dedicated 12th February 2002.
