The chapter was consecrated on 27th February, 1992.

 

The banner was designed in 2003 by W.Bro. Colin Childs PJGD and dedicated on 14th April 2004 and has a red background, upon which is a blue triangle. Within the triangle in the central part of the banner surrounded by a circle is a cornucopia – a horn of plenty -  consisting of a goat's horn overflowing with flowers, fruit, and corn. Surmounting this emblem is the Hart of Hertfordshire together with the chapter name and number.
